Welcome
Pivot, but the mission remains the same
As of Jan 24th 2022, Verifiably pivoted from proving security & privacy compliance via immutable cloud trails to using Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) to accomplish this same mission and more.
Our previous approach let us prove when a web app was compliant. But gave customers of these apps no protection from this changing, we would just be able to let them know something non-compliant happened.
However with TEEs, we can enable customers to grant access only to code they approve and if the code changes, access is revoked. This let's us still execute the old mission while providing stronger guarantees and enabling many more use cases.
Alpha launch of vFunctions
We're also proud to announce a private alpha launch of vFunctions.
Functions-as-a-Service whose correctness and privacy can be verified. Instead of granting acccess to roles, grant acccess to verifiable code and unlock new use-cases.
vFunctions use-cases
Permissions scoped down with unlimited flexibility, think OAuth but for any custom access defined by code.
Web 3 Oracles can be completely replaced with verifiable functions which can additionally process private information similar to zero-knowledge proofs.
